Small Business Coaching and Advisory Services

Power Coaching and Consulting works  with small business owners like you to meet their challenge and seize new opportunities. Companies working with our advisors and coaches increase their annual revenue by 20-30% on average. The entrepreneurs we work with typically own or operate brick-and-mortar businesses that have the potential to grow in their market and beyond.

Here are a few of the areas of expertise:

  • Marketing and sales
  • Social media marketing and engagement
  • Finance and accounting
  • Business planning
  • Human resources  and management coaching
  • Operations
  • Scaling up for new contracts
  • Technology integration
  • Product development and distribution
  • Culture Change

It’s common for entrepreneurs to seek advice and mentorship from community business leaders or organizations like the SBA which have limited capacity and industry expertise. That’s okay but most of time you still need help in overcoming the challenges you face growing your business. We can help you get there faster and with fewer mistakes.

Power Coaching and Consulting leverages technology to provide small business owners with our team of expert advisors. We like to meet face to face but if, your company is in downtown Washington DC, and the best advisor for your business lives in San Diego, we can make that match happen.

Most of our clients tend to meet the following criteria:

  • Results oriented and is willing to work hard to grow
  • Operating history of at least one year
  • Annual revenues of $100,000 and up
  • 1+ employee (part or full-time)
  • We also make exceptions for businesses with compelling social missions or who create jobs for people from economically underserved areas.

Remember, we’re flexible! If your company doesn’t meet these exact criteria, contact us anyway. We’d love to find a way to help you grow.
